Self Made Del Mar is an 11,000 sq/ft personal training facility. With a wide variety of machines, free weights, lifting platforms, and recovery equipment, it is the perfect space for me and my clients to thrive. The facility also offers massage therapy and physical therapy. I’m fortunate to work closely with both services to provide a complete experience for everyone looking to improve their overall wellness.
